Baylor graduate Michael Johnson holds world records in the 200 m, 400 m and 4 x 400 m relay. He won five Olympic gold medals and was world champion nine times. He was the first man to win both the 200 m and 400 m at the same Olympics. He accomplished this at the 1996 Summer Olympics. For these reasons, many believe Johnson to be among the greatest athletes of all time. |
