The Economic Development staff offers existing businesses assistance with expansion and assists businesses with their efforts to relocate to Greater Waco.

The team is dedicated to carrying out the Chamber's mission "to enhance Greater Waco as a center of excellence and the community of choice for business."

With a focus on our six target industries and guided by our Strategic Economic Development Plan, we aim to be the resource for building and site searches, workforce data and the economy.

As we work closely with the City of Waco, McLennan County and surrounding cities and the Economic Development teams, we foresee Greater Waco meeting its long-term goals of bringing in new jobs and sustaining the diverse business environment already in place.
