2012 Executive Committee

Mr. Kelly chaired the successful 2008 Total Resource Campaign. He is a graduate of Leadership Waco and past president of United Way of Waco-McLennan County and the Waco Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Waco ISD Adopt-A-School advisory board and director for Waco Business League and Waco Rotary.
Mr. Page is past president and campaign chair of Waco-McLennan County United Way and a member of the Waco Business League. He is president of Bear Force One and serves on the boards for the Texas Sports Hall of Fame and co-chairs the mayor's Community Visioning Steering Committee.
Mr. Felton is past chair of the Chamber's Total Resource Campaign and a longtime volunteer with the Heart O' Texas Fair and Rodeo. He was named the Frances R. Cooper Volunteer of the Year by the Texas Association of Fairs and Events recognizing his community-oriented spirit of volunteerism. He has served on the boards of more than a dozen non-profit organizations in Waco and Central Texas.

Mr. Moes serves on the Chamber’s Economic Development Strategy Committee and is president of the Waco Mammoth Foundation and Waco Business League. He also serves on the boards for the Providence Hospital Foundation, the Better Business Bureau and the Caritas Food Bank. He and his wife, Pam, were named the 2008 Philanthropists of the Year for their continued generosity.
Mr. Vaughan is a career chamber executive who has served chambers in South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. Since coming to Waco in 2004, he has worked with local business leaders to set in motion a strategic plan to attract companies, improve the quality of life, promote smart growth and construct the new Greater Waco Chamber building.
