ASSOCIATE DEGREE NURSING INSTRUCTOR, NON-TENURE TRACK
Team teaching of nursing theory and clinical practice in an integrated career-ladder curriculum. Plan, supervise and evaluate student clinical experience in assigned health care facilities. Responsible for didactic and clinical instruction and teaching evening courses.
Education: Bachelor's and master's degrees in Nursing required. If Master's degree in a field other than nursing, a minimum of six semester hours of graduate level content in Nursing is required.
Experience: Clinical competence as a generalist in nursing for three years. Experience in psychiatric & medical-surgical nursing preferred. Previous teaching in Associate Degree Nursing preferred.
Special requirements: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
