Nolan Ryan, National Baseball Hall of Famer and president of the Texas Rangers, will be the guest speaker at the  12th annual First Pitch Luncheon presented by First Community Bank from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Ferrell Center at Baylor University.

Also speaking at the luncheon will be Baylor Baseball’s Head Coach Steve Smith and Lady Bear’s Softball Head Coach Glenn Moore. McLennan Community College Baseball’s Head Coach Pete Mejia and Highlassie’s Softball Head Coach Manuel Ordones also will speak. 

The First Community Bank First Pitch Luncheon also is sponsored by the Waco Convention and Visitors Bureau, Baylor Athletics, Baylor ISP Sports, American Guaranty Title, Brazos Mobile Imaging, ESPN 1660, Greg May Honda, Hillcrest Health System, KWTX News 10, Nell and Jim Hawkins, Northern & Nye and Time Warner Cable.
