Magazine Production
The Waco Chamber & Business Quarterly serves our members by highlighting their accomplishments and our community by giving insight into ongoing Economic Development efforts. We welcome your input.
1) Make story suggestions . We welcome your ideas for stories for upcoming issues of the Waco Chamber & Business Quarterly. The best suggestions will highlight an active Chamber volunteer or leader who has truly impacted the Waco business community. We will consider articles submitted for use in this publication or other digital publications such as the Waco Chamber Weekly e-newsletter or Web site. Contact Lesly Rascoe at (254) 752-6611, x 203.
2) Submit photography.
If you have photographs featuring the Central Texas area, businesses
or people (including your own business), please submit them. Digital
formats are prefered, at least 300 dpi, and you must release the rights
for publication (but not sales) to the Chamber. You can also submit
bids to become the feature photographer for an issue, which means you
will take the on-site portraits for one to three articles, including
the cover. Please send photos and bids to Lesly
Rascoe or fax bids to (254) 752-6618 and mail disks to P.O. Box 1220,
Waco, TX 76703-1220.
3) Tell us your news. The "Making the Headlines" section will highlights member
news, awards and new executives. Please submit your news and photos
in a digital format, at least 300 dpi, to Lesly
Rascoe.
4) Sponsorships. The magazine is supported by our sponsors. We appreciate your involvement
in this worthwhile Chamber publication that informs our members, the
community and individuals and businesses who are interested in learning

WACO CHAMBER WEEKLY broadcast e-mails
Every Monday, members receive updates about news and events for the
week delivered to your desktop. All of your Chamber representatives
can receive the e-mails, so encourage everyone to send in their
e-mail addresses to be included in the broadcasts. The e-mail
broadcasts are available for sponsorships. You can include your business’
message, along with a photo or a logo.
E-mail sponsorship rates are $300 and $150 per e-mail (please call for non-profit rates). Please contact Lesly Rascoe for reservations for particular dates, technical questions and details.
